Plain-language privacy notes for the Concert Crew MVP.
What We Store
We store account profile details, crew membership, event selections, admin plan decisions, consent timestamps, payment setup status, notification logs, and ticket-transfer records needed to run the service.
Payments
Stripe handles card and payment-method details. Concert Crew stores Stripe customer, checkout, subscription, and billing status identifiers, but not full card numbers.
Communications
We may send email notifications about plan review, revised terms, payment setup, ticket purchase status, and ticket release. Notification delivery status may be logged for support.
Ticket Details
Admin-only ticket records can include marketplace, order reference, seat labels, transfer recipient, transfer contact, and release notes. Raw QR codes and PDF ticket storage are intentionally deferred until secure storage rules are finalized.
